The Sims 4: Slumber Party Event  Mod

I’ve wanted an event just for kids for quite some time now, which is why I created the Slumber Party Custom Event Mod! This mod will allow your child Sims to throw a slumber party with their friends!

This gameplay mod includes:

• The ability to throw a slumber party for children!
  
• Custom whims for children to “throw a slumber party”
  
• Children will show up in their sleepwear
  
• Custom goals to complete during the slumber party
  
• Custom goals for an adult (“grown-up”) to complete, too!
  
• New buffs for hosting a slumber party
  
• Custom Content rewards for hosting a slumber party: conversions from TS3 Generations (The Purr Purr Purr Stereo, Dreamer’s Closet Costume Chest, The Baronet’s Fiefdom TV and The Glass SlipperVision Television)
  
• New rewards come with a ton of recolors and are locked until you complete the party!
  
• The Costume Chest is interactive and will allow children to dress up in different costumes (depending on which DLC you have), and gives a special buff each time a child is dressed in a costume!
  

Keep in mind that this mod only uses the interactions we currently have available in the game; so no, there aren’t working sleeping bags like in The Sims 3 (that would be near to impossible for me to mod in). But you can check out my Sleepover Stuff CC Set and use air mattresses for your Sims. Sometimes kids sleep during the party, sometimes they don’t- again, that’s something I can’t really control (as it depends on each individual Sim’s energy levels when they start the party), but if you have beds for them and they’re tired, they’ll conk out for a bit, then go home when the party’s over :)

The mod is base game compatible. If you have the Kids Room Stuff pack and put objects from it in the house you’re throwing the slumber party at (like the Puppet Theatre, or the Voidcritter Machine), you will get goals pertaining to them. If not, you won’t receive those goals :) As mentioned above, the costume chest is base game compatible too; however, each costume has an icon next to it with the pack required (most require Spooky Stuff). If you don’t have that pack and choose that costume, your Sim will just dress up in a random outfit.
